In the Rough – The NEC Event Industry Charity Golf Day is based on the on the highly successful BECA & ESSA Golf Days, supporting both a UK and Overseas Charity and bringing together organisers, venues and service suppliers in a day that combines fun, entertainment and a chance to network.

It is brought to you by ESSA, (Event Supplier and Services Association), supported by AEO (Association of Event Organisers), AEV (Association of Event Venues) and our industry promotional body FaceTime.
Our thanks go to our Steering Group who have helped us shape the day, chose the course, and formed partnerships with our supported charities.

The venue

The event takes place at the highly acclaimed four star Forest of Arden Hotel and Country Club on the 23rd July 2013 at the heart of country. Whilst the golfers challenge themselves on the Donald Steel, 7213 yard Arden Championship Course, our sponsors will be entertaining them on the various tees, before coming together for a gala dinner and presentations for the winners.
